BEAR VALLEY GOLF COURSE
The Bear Valley Golf Course is OPEN for the season. It is a beautiful nine-hole course set in the valley just above Buskin Lake. The Morale, Well-being, and Recreation Division of the U.S.C.G. Integrated Support Command Kodiak operates the course. The facilities include a driving range and a pro shop. Located three miles to the west on Anton Larson Road, Bear Valley Golf Course is open May to October, depending on weather and course conditions. The course operates daily from 8:00 a.m. weekdays and 7:00 a.m. Sat., Sun., and Holidays. Closing is two hours before sunset for the last tee off.
The Pro Shop concession stand serves beer, soda, and hotdogs. Range balls, equipment rental and a quality line of golf gear and clothing are also available at the Pro Shop.
